The following is a summary of the Sauk River Watershed District’s Administrative Rules approved by the Board on February 16, 2010:

The Sauk River Watershed District has adopted new administrative rules that clarify the District’s governance process; amend the District’s permitting process; impose requirements and performance standards on activities that impact storm water, have the potential to cause erosion, involve significant drainage work, or involve water uses; foster coordination with other regulatory entities; and strengthen the District’s enforcement options.
